Please read these terms and conditions, as they will apply to all orders that our Customers place with us for Goods or Services.

1. We are Southern Counties Restoration Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 10056689 whose registered office is at 53 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4SF
2. By ordering any of our Goods or Services , you agree that these terms and conditions will apply to your order, whether that order is made in writing (eg: by a Purchase Order) or verbally by giving us clear instructions to proceed.
3. Where our services are dependent on information being provided by you, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of such information.
4. Any Quotation/Estimate given by us is valid for a maximum period of 30 days, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, or unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time.
5. Any description of our services as set out in our website is for illustrative purposes only. The specific services provided to you may differ from this in any way which has been discussed with you by a member of our company.
6. Our charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of order.
7. Our normal payment terms are that payment is expected upon delivery. Our preferred methods of payment are by Internet Bank Transfer, or alternatively by cheque or cash. When agreed by us, it is acceptable for payment to be made within 7 days, or for Business Customers within such other timescales as have been agreed.
8. If you fail through no fault of ours to take delivery of the Goods or Services when completed, then we may charge the reasonable costs of storing them and re-delivering them if appropriate.
9. Goods or Services supplied by us will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection. Risk of damage to or loss of, any Goods or Services will pass to you upon delivery, regardless of whether payment has been made by you.
10. However, notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods or Services, title and property in the Goods or Services, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to you the buyer, until we the seller have received in cash or cleared funds, payment in full for all such Goods or Services.
